Spinach Tortellini Soup

This is a tasty, simple recipe that you can quickly put together for a filling meal.

2 cans chicken broth
2 cans diced Italian tomatoes
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
1 bag frozen cheese tortellini
Oregano to taste

Simmer for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Wonderful with garlic bread.

Me again. You know I LOVE this and got the recipe from you years ago. Had it at a friend's on Saturday night and she added coin carrots (looked like they were cut with the PC Crinkle Cutter). Added great color and texture and healthy carrots!
