My children and I love just love all the fresh summer berries and can't get enough! For breakfast, pull out the blender and make easy, tasty, and healthy smoothies for the whole family.
Here is what we drank this morning:
1 cup organic plain yogurt
1 cup organic milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 of a banana
A little bit of sugar, honey, or raw agave nectar to taste!
Blend and enjoy!
